Very prompt and professional.

They were easy to contact, came on time to make an estimate and arrived on the time scheduled for the service. They ordered a wrong size door, but could adapt it for our garage and gave us a discount for the mistake. The new size actually works much better for us, the door works and will last for a long time.

Don is the best sale manager. He came to my home on time and provide an estimate. After I decided to accept his proposal, he ordered the doors for me. It will take about 4 weeks to get the doors. After the service, he told me that he forgot to add the labor fee of several hundred dollars in my quote. Since we have agreed the quote, he will not charge the labor fee for me. It was one of the best company in Terre Haute who kept their promise. They provided quality work. You can always trust them. I highly recommend them.

The service was fast and friendly. They were able to come out on the day I called, my car was trapped inside my garage because of the broken spring so I was anxious to get it fixed. The guy who came fixed everything very quickly. I was quoted that it would cost $75 for the house call and diagnosis. Then he quoted me $230 for the new springs. I figured they would be added together, but what he quoted me included the house call amount and I only had to pay $230 total. He had to undo the damage I had done by trying to make the door go down when it was broken and that took a few minutes. He was very kind when he told me what I had done! Then he quoted the price and immediately got to work replacing the springs. After all was fixed, I was able to pay with my credit card and I was thrilled to have my garage door opening when he left!

They were on time, honest and just wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend using them. We will use them in the future.

They arrived on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made quick repairs and since there was time left in my service block he synced the home link in my car.

My husband was home when they came and was very thankful that they were quick and responsive in their work. He explained what needed done and took care of it while he was there. Wonderful attitude and service. We had used them in the past also with great results. Highly recommend them to anyone.

They were fine. He was a little bit pricey but I had to have quite a bit of work done. He had everything on his truck and he just got it done in one day which I liked. He was quick and he knew what he was doing. I was happy. I had no complaints.

The guy who came out was very prompt and did the job quickly. He was friendly too.

Overall very good experience. Took a couple days to get out to the job, but whenever they arrived they were professional and the service was excellent. Suggested safety measures we didn't know of and repaired the door and did some preventative maintenance.

Since it was under warranty, I was not charged. As far as I'm concerned, Overhead Doors is a good company. I called, they came, and they fixed.

The technician arrived on time as scheduled and and competently performed the tasks mentioned above. Snow/dirt was on the ground and he took care not to track it into my auto. He took the time to explain how the wall console, outside keypad and Safe-T-Beam work.
