It took a very long time for them to do the replacement. They were backed up due to so many claims. The work was very good but communication was slow due to the high volume and working with insurance. It is easy to blame the company but in this case the company went above what they had to do and contacted the insurance themselves. In the end this made the process better. I just wish I could say the same for the insurance.

Mr. Plen Smith was very professional and prompt at getting us a proposal for our new roof.  He was very knowledgeable about the products and about the quality of the crews work.  He guaranteed that the men would take extra special efforts to protect my plants and garden beds surrounding the house.  The crew showed up on time and in full force.  I didn't expect such a large crew.  There were at least twelve men on the job. The Foreman  and crew were very kind and helpful when it came to my comfort level of transitioning inside and outside the home. Mr. Smith had estimated that it would take the crew two or three days to complete the job, depending on weather conditions.  They put up plywood all around the front of the house to protect the windows and gardens.  They were able to remove the old shingles and install the new shingles to the front of the house in one day.  This was very impressive considering our roof is close to 3000 sq. ft.  They had crew working on top and several crew members working the grounds to pick up and clean up as they went along. The foreman explained that they would do the work in two parts to make sure our home was covered because of rain coming the next day.  We had one day of rain and by the next day all was dry and work proceeded.  The end of the second day of work revealed a completed new roof.  The crew were very respectful about our property and cleaned up very well.  The other nice benefit was that they all spoke English.  Mr. Smith explained from the beginning that they are a certified GAF installer and that this was important in guaranteeing that our roof warranty was fully covered by GAF for 50 years. The proposal that was written up was very detailed and provided us with all information needed to make the best choice on our new roof.  They provided proof of liability and workers compensation insurance.  They also have a 5yr workmanship warranty separate from material warranty.  Mr. Smith did explain that normally we would have only one crew working on our roof, but they had two crews available and wanted to use them to complete our home in a timely manner.  We couldn't have asked for a better company to do the work.  They were professional, courteous, and proficient.  We highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

The guys showed up, did their job in a professional manner and did an excellence job. We are very satisfied.

They were quick and clean, they cleaned up all the mess.  They did a wonderful job.  They also did my brother?s house, right before mine.  So there were two houses that I saw done at the same and they did a wonderful job.   

They did a great job.  We saw a little bump on one of our shingles a couple of weeks after they left but when we called them about it they immediately came back and replaced it.   They did an excellent job and it just looks really nice.  They gave us one time and then they had to come back then told us it was going to be another time but that was because due to weather.  I had heard somebody say that they had put somebody ahead of somebody else, maybe they knew them or whatever.  But they did give us one time and it ended up another time.  They were very professional.

Very, pleased. Staff was very courteous and worked with us as well as our insurance company. Any problems we saw were addressed and corrected immediately. We loved working with this company and recommended them to our neighbor who used them as well

Sylas Smith was awesome. He was on time and professional. I picked Guaranteed Roofing after receiving 2 other quotes. Couldn't even get Honest Abe to come out and give me a simple quote. Must be to busy making commercials. Anyway Sylas was great. The crew was great. After the work was done Sylas came back out to make sure everything was done to our liking. There were a couple minor things that he sent the crew back out to fix a day or two later. He then came back out and checked their work to see if anything else could be done. This job was a difficult one and cost around $20,000. I am pleased with this companies professionalism and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company.

Last week the horizontal piece of guttering that runs across the front of my house fell down except the extreme south end. Guttering was draped across my two story house. When I called Guarantee Roofing, I was told that it was too cold for them to work and that they would look at it when it warms up. After I informed them that something needs to be done they told me that they would come the next day and they did not show up. The guttering was damaged and now I need to purchase new materials. I have been told by my current contractor that they put the guttering up with dry wall screws and did not put up enough braces to support the gutters. I learned an expensive lesson about trusting this company.

Knew about repairing water damaged ceiling in bedroom but left it off and still charged as much as the other roofing companies that had it on their quote. Then refused to do anything about it other than threaten me with his 44 magnum and a mechanic's lien.
Left roof wind turbine off and demanded payment before replacing it. It has still not been replaced as of this writing.
Left facia board I asked to be replaced, off and had to come back to replace it.

They were a great bunch of guys, and we loved them. It was paid for by insurance.

They are a professional company, work was done in a timely fashion and workers were very courteous.

Basically ok. You should read your contract carefully and stay around to ensure that the work crew understands what the estimator has promised in the contract.
