I've used Marshalls for over 20 years. Would not use anyone else. Always solve the issue/s.  NEVER dishonest or fraudulent, quite the opposite.  On several occasions have spotted non-plumbing issues in/around the house that might need attention (I live alone) and, if convenient, have done a good deed by doing a quick fix.  Otherwise diagnosed the issue and made referrals.

LOVE these guys!   Always courteous, friendly.  My cats like them, too!

Because of the good reviews on Angie's List I contacted Jim Marshall Plumbing regarding a leak in a connection to the main water line. They were prompt to reply and came out to look at the problem.   They were very polite but my husband didn't like their thoughts on how to fix the leak (he's had some plumbing experience).  A hole needed to be dug and the pipes needed to be reconfigured to fix the leak.  No quote was given, which in hindsight is not good business practice.  A date was given that they would come back and do the job.  In preparation, my husband dug 3'x4'x5' hole and made sure there was plenty of work space for them to redo the piping.  The day they were scheduled to come out was a day of waiting.  After my husband stayed home the entire day and tried repeatedly to contact them, they were a no show.  By 7 p.m. they called to say they were not able to reach us all day.  That seemed hard to believe since we were not having any phone issues and had even provided them a second number.  It also seemed apparent they were really not interested in the job since they said they might be able to come the next day after another job they had scheduled?might.  There was no apology, just blame that our phone must have been out of order.  My husband, with enough plumbing experience, decided to do the job himself.  It was disappointing to sign up on Angie's List to find a reputable plumber and then be dissatisfied with the business.  (The date of contact is approximate.)

We had a miscommunication regarding return phone calls, but once that was straightened out, they came within a short time and took care of the problem quickly. We had been quoted much more than the 75.00 charge from other plumbers. The drains are better than they have been since we bought the house.

We have used Marshall's for a number of years. They respond the next day when we leave a message. They are prompt, know how to do the job, and charge a fair price. We have been very satisfied with their work.

Very,very good work. Priced right, punctual and professional. When it comes to plumbing, these guys are the very best!

they were wonderful! called before they came and were here when they said they would be. They were very courteous and had the problem taken care of within 30 minutes. I will definitely call these fellows again if I have any other plumbing problems.

We have used them 2x, would have used them again but they never showed up for 3rd appointment (needed new silcocks put outside). Said they needed to order a part but never called back or came out, tried calling and left multiple messages but never received a call back. Went with another company and won't use Marshall's again. Previous jobs (sump pump installation and garbage disposal installation) were done well, promptly, and price was reasonable. Not sure what happened the third go around.

They were here even earlier than they said. Was in and out quick. And definitely had reasonable prices

We left a message in the morning and he called us as soon as they finished their jobs that evening. Hearing that we had to shut off our water, he came out immediately and put on a temporary fix. He could not get into the portion of the crawlspace where the problem was located until a hole was cut in our floor. When that was done he came out at once and he and his son did the job. I mentioned that our toilet in the second floor bath was leaking and they immediately went up and saw the part that was needed and replaced it. They cleaned up after themselves, and were helpful and friendly. They really know what they are doing, and upon mentioning their names to several friends, found out they had all used the Marshalls and recommended them highly. We would certainly call them again. They are honest ,reasonable, and very knowledgable.

You have to call and leave a message. I called early in the morning and they called back about a half hour later and stated they could come out that day, but, they had one other job first that called just prior to me. They called a half hour early stating they were 10 min away and asked if they could come a few min early. It was two brothers and one of their sons. They look like the the Duck Dynasty boys, But, they were very friendly, polite and competent plumbers. They explained it all, jumped right in and it was fixed in about 30 min.

These guys are always professional and stay with the problem ubntil it is fixed. We have used them many times over the past several years.

It went very smoothly, according to my husband, who was home at the time. No mess was left, and there have been no problems since they were here.

We've used them a couple of times and they did excellent work. Their prices were very reasonable and fair. We didn't get more than one estimate so we don't know how they compared to anyone else. They did a great job. We just called them to use them again. They were very helpful. They explained what they were doing and they showed us how things were done and why they did it the way they did. They were quick and clean. They cleaned up everything.

Made an initial trip out to see what was needed and came back in about a week when the parts had arrived. Called 24 hours ahead of time to confirm appointment time and also came on time. Worked efficiently and stayed focused and friendly!

It was $60 for the two drains and $100 for the faucet. They were prompt and didn't leave a mess. I thought their price was reasonable. I had no problem with them.

I joined Angie's list just to find a plumber. And we are very pleased with our choice of Marshall Plumbing. They arrived EARLY! did the job quickly and efficiently. They were only at the house for 40 minutes. They also told us of a potential future issue with some other plumbing they saw under the kitchen. The total charge was $70 and this is the best service and price I have EVER received from a plumber. We will call them from now on!

They have many positive feedbacks online. They tried to save me money and gave suggestions, but I agreed to the problem and asked them to fix it. They came on a Saturday and knew what was going on. When they came, they had to get the parts, which they went all the way, got it and fixed the same. I will use them again in the future.
