MARK MAY CARPET CLEANING

Mark did a great job. He was prompt and courteous and successfully removed several dirty areas that the previous owner had left. The previous owner of the house was a smoker, and after Mark cleaned you could not smell any lingering smoke in the carpeting. It was the most expensive quote I got for carpeting cleaning, but it was worth it.

Mark did a great job and was very friendly.  He cleaned carpets that Stanley Steemer had issues with and they look great!  I will be a repeat customer after this.

We are very pleased with their service. Scheduling the appointment took some time due to where they are located however once the appointment was set they were right on time.

I SPOKE WITH MR. MAY ON MONDAY MORNING TO SCHEDULE HAVING SOME CARPETING CLEANED. I WAS PLANNING TO REPLACE THE CARPET IN MY LIVING ROOM SOON, BUT BROKE MY LEG RECENTLY & DECIDED TO CLEAN CARPET ONE MORE TIME. MR. MAY SCHEDULED ME IN THAT AFTERNOON. HE CALLED BEFORE HE ARRIVED TO SAY HE WAS ON HIS WAY. UPON ARRIVING, HE EXPLAINED THAT I MAY DECIDE TO WAIT ON REPLACING CARPET AFTER HE CLEANED, BECAUSE THE WAY HE CLEANS THE SPOTS DON'T COME BACK VERY QUICKLY. HE EXPLAINED THAT HE HAS CARPET CLEANING BUSINESS IN TERRE HAUTE, BUT TRYING TO ESTABLISH IN INDY. THE MAN REALLY KNEW HIS BUSINESS. THE CARPET LOOKS BEAUTIFUL & THE PRICE WAS FAIR. HE TOLD ME HE HOPES MY REPORT WILL HELP GET HIM REFERRALS. HE IS VERY ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT HIS BUSINESS. I WOULD RECOMMEND & USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN.
