I also got a new battery. My battery went dead. I was first told it was okay and the next thing I knew it was dead. I had him come out and check it. It was dead and he towed it back to the garage and put in a different battery. I got reimbursed for the towing. He seems to be honest with me and seems to know what's wrong with cars. He doesn't try to get you to fix something if it doesn't need fixing. He will explain things to you. It's not a fancy garage and not the cleanest place to wait. Usually, he picks me up or I take it there and he takes me home. Then he comes back with the car and I take him back to his garage. I'm not into real fancy stuff. If I can get the right job done for the right price, that's what matters to me. I don't have to have a real fancy place to go to.
