Jack Simmons Concrete Construction

The work itself was perfect.  Our only disappointment involved the delivery of the premade stairs. Mr. Simmons cut many branches off the side of the blue spruce tree next to the sidewalk.  If my husband had not walked out of the house in time to stop him, the hole would have been even bigger.  Mr. Simmons explained that he didn't want tree branches in the way when the new stairs arrived.  When the stairs arrived & a tow motor carried them from the truck to the porch, it drove around the other side of the front yard to place the stairs down.  It never came close to the beautiful 2-story blue spruce, which got gouged for nothing.  We are still sick about it.

Came out and gave us an estimate and what we could do as far as finishes within the budget that I set.  I told him that I had a certain dollar amount, and I wanted the largest size that I could get for that dollar amount, not a penny more.
Came and poured the patio a week later, exactly when he said he would, and stayed exactly on my budget.  I actually got way more than I thought I would for the money.  The finish was beautiful, it is extremely well done, and he even did a few other minor details in order to ensure that as the concrete settled over the years it would not crack, etc.  Looks fantastic and we are definitely enjoying our new patio.
