Seamless. I was just a few miles out of warranty on my Cadillac when a headlight ( driving light) went out on one side. Due to the amount of parts that needed removed to get to it, it normally would be a rather expensive repair. The Service Manager went above and beyond to get the repair covered under warranty for a small deductible. Next day appointment and they even shuttled me to and from work while they were doing the repair. Very pleased. A++++

They've always been fine with me. They have fixed a couple of things over the years. The last time they told me about a leakage or the brakes. I went to a mechanic I had used years ago that's independent and basically has a business. His price is always cheaper and he does a good job. I don't always have Buick fix my car. It doesn't need fixed very often, anyway. I will use them again in the future.

They are great and we have never had any problems with them. We have been going there for years. If you want to go shopping while they are doing your car they will take you to the mall and pick you up when you car is done. Their price is very reasonable. Sometimes is it a little hard to get in but if it is an emergency they will get you in right away. They are really professional.
