I called on a Monday morning to set a date for an estimate. Someone was at my door about 3 hours later and everything moved like gangbusters after that. The heat pump was installed Wednesday afternoon and other than a slight adjustment that was needed, we've had absolutely no problems. I can't say enough about this provider. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I asked a zillion questions and got answers without being made to feel like I was being a pest. I have a much better understanding now of how heat pumps work. Anytime you pay a few thousand dollars for a service you want to feel confident in your choice and not worry that you made a bad decision and I can assure you that my husband and I are very happy with every aspect of this transaction. We plan to call Dave's for all future heating/cooling needs and will tell anyone in need about this reputable provider.
