There was an event called 'Single Mom Saturday' hosted on WBGL radio station. I qualified for the offer and received a free oil change. It was such a blessing. I needed this done and could not afford it at the time. They went above and beyond and made a checklist of all the things that needed fixed as well. They also washed my car and put RainX on the windshield for FREE! I haven't had the money to get my oil changed again and need my brakes changed. At the Kia repair center. staff was very friendly and helpful. Called with an estimate before doing the repairs. They also checked for any recalls on the van and fixed those at no cost.

We bought a series of oil changes for one yr time line. When time came to the end of the series they would not change the oil under the plan.

They are very professional and let you know how much it is going to cost before they actually do the work and if they find something else they let you know before they do anything. We love working with them because they are very honest and trustworthy which is hard to come by these days

This service was completed on a Chrysler Crossfire, which explains the higher cost. They did an excellent job and are always prompt, courteous, and efficient. This is the only place I would trust to do the service on this car.

The auto body shop at Vigo Dodge was contracted by my Mitsubishi dealership to fix the damage. They did a wonderful job on the paint-a perfect match and you would never know that someone hit it. They also were able to keep the cost low enough that I didn't have to turn it into my insurance.

I took my car in because the engine light came on and the guy told me he could put it on a machine that would say what the problem was-or I could buy a new gas cap and that might take care of the problem. He explained that it might take a day or two for the light to go off, so if it didn't go off immediately, not to worry about it just yet. If the light didn't go off after a couple days, they would test it with their machine. The light went off 1 1/2days later so this saved me the expense of testing.

We've used them all the time. It was covered by insurance. Their manager, Ron, is very friendly and knowledgeable, and spends time to make sure you understand what needs to be repaired and if they're going to use new parts as opposed to something from the salvaged part.

The job they did was good. They did it in a timely manner, friendly, cordial to work and talk with. The guy who manages is down to earth. He can tell you things straightly and I can tell him someone is giving a better business. He seems to be above board, honest and so forth. The price is competitive and the quality is very good. I can't remember any problems there. They were very good and didn't have any problem. They call me back when I call and when I need work done, they get me in. In terms of responsiveness to me and my need, they get back to me. They care about their customers. They answer all my questions in a timely fashion and act cordially. When they talk about specific things to do, they seem knowledgeable and so forth.

I didn't have to fight them on replacing the car. They've been great. They were some of the best guys I've ever met. They work with you. They make sure that they put you in a decent car. Their prices are competitive. The quality of work is great. They're responsive and punctual. Their professionalism is way above an A.
