We had issues with them but they were resolved. The company and sales were fine but we had problems with the installers. They marked up all over our walls. Bob's is okay; they are excellent. The installers they hired were not good. The price was good. Bob's took care of the problems and they came out and painted the walls. The installer wouldn't do anything. I would probably use Bob's again.

They did a good amount of work for me. Overall it was a good experience for the price that we paid. I call the work satisfactory as average quality. The installer that put the flooring in is no longer in the company. Even though the work was not great, the price that we got was really low so it was worth the work done.
