About us
We are a General Contractor. We perform all carpentry with our own employees and manage,pay,and supervise all subcontracted areas of your project. You have one contact for the entire project. You pay us and we take care of all payments for materials,labor, permits , subcontractors, sales tax and all subs must have insurance on their equipment & Workmen's Comp on their employees. We have an A+ rating with the Indiana BBB. 0 complaints in the last 3 years, no complaints previous to that. We have a City License to operate in Terre Haute, however there is no County Licensing or State License for General Contractors in Indiana. If that was required - we would have it. We do handle the permit process for jobs within the City and County. We also perform commercial construction and many of those projects do require a state permit which is obtained by the Architect/Engineer who provides certified stamped drawings for approval by the state of Indiana.

We are best set up for Room additions, attic and basement conversions, however as you well know - some customers just cannot be totally satisfied regardless of how hard you try. Our proposals are very detailed and specific. An exact contract price is given and will not be changed without a signed change order authorized by you. We have hundreds of satisfied customers who would not mind a call from you., kitchens and bathrooms. We strive to give each customer the best value for their dollar
