I went in and was greeted by a very friendly and knowedgeable employee. When I asked a question she did not know the answer to, she was very honest about it, she did not try to mislead me in order to make a sale. The other employee looked up my question and it was answered in less than five minutes. From start to finish they were very friendly and helpful. They provided information on their product, and a sample that I got to keep for four days. Once I had selected the product it was promptly ordered and arrived exactly when they said it would. When I asked about ordering quarterround they told me that some people simply buy something cheaper and stain it to match - they could have simply taken my sale but they wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal for me, personally. From start to finish it was a good experience and I would recommend them to everyone interested in a new floor.
