"Member,tile was improperly installed,it did not have suffient grout and as a result,created a large air space behind tile. I brought in a professional tile technician to inspect the tile.At which time he told the member her it was due to her tile being installed incorrectly that caused the breakage.I replaced her tile,even though we were not responsible. The mirror she is talking about was a old wood frame 3 section front for a medicine cabinet.Which she decided to sand down with a belt sander,which made the surface like a rooler coaster,and she also gougedthe mirror with the belt sander in a number of different places. She was mad when I told the gouge marks could not be taken out..Everytime we wanted to finish the job she had a excuse and everytime we tried to get paid she would not be available. She also made us change the mirror $times in the end I gave her money back and refused to deal with her any longer.I take great pride in my work,"
