Air & Aqua Clean

I am very happy with the work that was done. The crew showed up when they were supposed to and got everything done in 2 days. Both chimneys look fantastic.

They were over an hour late to the appointment. They cleaned the chimney, but could not find the problem with the draft. I was told by the service man that the owner should come out to look at it and would be out within a week or so. After 2 weeks I called and the owner said he was busy. He was very short with me on the phone. To date he has never been out to look at the chimney or called in response to following up. It has now been over 2 months and I still can't use the fireplace.

Had to call three times to see if he was coming. His defense(shorthanded) was a little upset when he appeared just getting out of bed. Used him before and felt his crew was more professional in 2012. Terre Haute needs more experienced Chimney inspectors. I don't think I will call him back.

I was told over the phone that someone would be at my house between 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. Bill arrived at 9:35 a.m. That was not a big deal to me, but wish all contractors would call when running late. Air and Aqua Clean has a busy schedule so plan ahead if you have a job for them and expect to wait a few weeks. For me it was well worth waiting a few weeks for them to get to me.

Bill Fields performed excellent work and was pleasant to talk to. He was very respectful of my property and did a wonderful job. He carefully covered the interior floor with tarps to keep dirt contained and had all the tools to do the job. Bill pointed out water leaking into the fireplace. I paid extra $50.00 to have him seal areas above roof on exterior chimney that he said needed sealed. That was worth it to me as I don't like heights and didn't want to bother hiring another contractor to do the sealing.

After calling several businesses, attempting to get a quote for gutter cleaning, chimney inspection and possible gutter guard installation, I was stunned to see that Air and Aqua was the only business that returned my call! Stan called me back within 24 hours, all the others took between four to seven days to return my call.
Stan wasn't the guy that came out, but the employee that showed up came half an hour early, and called ahead to make sure that was okay. He walked me through the parts of the chimney that he could access and gave me what I felt was an honest opinion. Unfortunately he did not have a ladder tall enough to get to the top and do a complete inspection. Because of this, he did not charge me for any service on the chimney. Instead, chose to schedule another time to properly inspect it, which I thought admirable.
He cleaned the gutters on our second story in about an hour, and showed me how they flushed out when he was finished. He only charged me $150 for cleaning them out and gave me a quote for gutter guards. I'm looking forward to them coming back to inspect and clean our chimney. I'd highly recommend their services.

Stanley did a marvelous job. I feel he is extremely trustworthy and felt safe when they were around.

This guy is extremely busy, but after seeing the way he worked I understood why. He is a hard worker and did a very thorough job on the chimney. He laid out tarps all over the place so nothing got dirty. He proceeded then to take out the insert which he had a few issues with, but it finally came out and must of weighed around 300 lbs. After taking this out he cleaned the chimney and did a great job doing this. I'm not for sure if he even left a speck of dust. I asked him to give me and estimate to redo work on the chimney and he wanted 3500.00. This seemed high to me, but if the price wasn't so high I would have him down here to do the work right away.

Came at appointed time. Was careful to make sure that his work did not spill out into family room. We called them on an unrelated event where braces from the chimney liner fell out. Serviceman came out, refitted the parts back in liner at no charge. I will continue to use this service and would recommend them highly to others.

I liked this company. They took their time to help us find the right brick color to match our house.

Excellent-these two guys were polite, professional, timely and friendly. The pricing was very reasonable and we will keep them as one of our go-to companies for mult projects.
