Jay recently opened his own garage after many years at local Ford and GM dealers as both mechanic and manager. He really knows his stuff, and works hard to make sure the customer makes an informed decision. My only complaint is that he is so busy, it may take him a few days to get to you--unless you need it now, then he will call waiting customers to see if he can bump you up in line! Jay always gives you the ups and downs of quality of parts and what is really necessary.
