Service was fairly quick. They prefer to schedule ahead of time and stuck to that schedule. he garage also offers a few coupons on their website and through facebook.

We have been customers of Adams Garage for a couple of years now, and they have never let us down. They are honest and reliable. They have helped me out in a pinch when my car broke down on the way to work. On a few occasions, the repair was so minor and it took just a few minutes to fix that they didn't even charge me. They are invaluable when it comes to inspecting cars prior to purchasing. I even feel confident sending my teenage daughter in to discuss repairs. If my grandmother were still alive, you can bet that I'd be sending her to Adams Garage.

We have been taking our US manufacturing vehicles to Adams garage for over 10 years. They get you in when they say they can get you in. If they can't get you in, they tell you when they will be able to get you in. They call to give an estimate before doing work on any non-routine repairs. When we had our Jeep Liberty there in July of 2010, they did have issues determining the exact issue causing the vapor leak. We paid for the service the 1st time. The 2nd visit was for free. We paid for the pump on the 3rd visit and a fair amount for labor, even though they spend the entire day working on it. The only negative is that if you want to pick up for vehicle before you, you need to call them to see if it is ready. They typically don't make phone calls until late in the afternoon. We will continue to let Adams Garage service our vehicles.
