They are always so thorough. They make sure that we don't have any problems. If we do have, they let us know right away. Everything is taken care of right then.

BEWARE! You may be paying for a service you are not receiving. Everything was going fine with Action Pest Control in the beginning. We are setup to receive our monthly invoices by e-mail. One month I received an invoice in my e-mail that was for monthly service in the amount of $42.00. I thought to myself, I don't remember seeing them in here at all the day before. I'm here 8AM to 5PM everyday, so I would have noticed if they were here spraying. The time on the invoice was around 11AM and there was no customer signature. Just to be sure, I checked the security camera archives. I confirmed that he was not here. So I called and complained. the manager said that something must have gotten mixed up in the technician's handheld computer. So he removed the charge and sent him back the next day to spray. Then everything went fine for a couple months. Then again, I receive an invoice with no signature from me and confirmed on the security camera archives that he was not here. I called to complain and the manager was unavailable. After a week and no call returned, I called again. He argues with me that the GPS on his truck showed he was in fact here. I just said forget it and I cancelled my service. After I signed up with a new company, the owner of that company came out to do an estimate, he asked why I cancelled Action, and I explained. He said he has gotten several of their accounts because of the same problem. So its not just me and its not just a "computer error". I would steer clear at all costs.
