Mike came out late at night and replaced the igniter on our furnace. He has also come out on the weekend and fixed the hot water heater. Always nice and respectable always offers great service !

The next day, Mike returned with an employee; and they not only fixed our furnace, but they also checked additional wiring in our basement to allay my concerns. They also fixed some loose duct work that we discovered while investigating a basement storage area. They did this at no extra cost whatsoever. They were professional, down-to-earth, earnest, friendly, and so incredibly helpful and honest that we will always use them for any HVAC contracting work in the future. This is the second time that both of these contractors have been in our home and fixed our furnace when I was prepared for them to say that we needed to replace it instead. These guys give you the straight scoop in a world filled with people who are happy to prey on the fear and ignorance of homeowners!

My old air conditioner and furnace were still in working order, but I had had some trouble with them during the heating season and just wanted new ones. Mike took a few calls ahead of mine because those poor folks air didn't work at all and it was really HOT outside. I understood. They were effeceint, got the furnace installed in a minimal amount of time. When I had questions about the whole process, they were glad to answer.
