Even though our water pump went out just as the installer put the system in he was supposed to be a licensed plumber to me that means you should have knowledge of all water types but nonetheless the gentleman stayed way late and tried his best to fix it the pump wasn't his fault it just happened to quit at that moment but the rest was done right and my water is way better than before

Very friendly, polite, and respectful! The installer had a bad day and had to return, but he did finish with my help and after he had to redo work he done that I had him correct. Now I am pleased with it. High priced, hopefully the quality holds up to be worth it. So far I am pleased with the turn out.

It would be nice for the installation to be complete. I am still waiting for part of the installation to be completed. And am not happy that even though the installer knew it wasn't complete, and I called the company, I have yet to hear back for either for a completion date and it has been over two weeks.!
