They are always very good but with any A T and T store one is always late because of the passive customer service people. It is not the laziness factor on their part but usually there are quite a few people in there. With the new smart phones that the people use, they generally have more questions so it takes a little longer. Whenever we go to the store, they are very helpful and responsive. They are very professional. They have taken away all their unlimited plans which in my opinion is simply a money making scheme. We got some phones under the unlimited plan so probably we won't move but we'll certainly take a closer look at whether or not we should continue to use them.

My sons have used them. I don't use it daily like everyone else. I use it when I drive distances or have to make long distance calls. I cut mine down as far as I could. I used to pay $46 or something, then they came out with all these fancy phones. I don't text and I don't take pictures with my phone. As far as I'm concerned, they're okay. I don't have that much experience with them, but, I'm sure there's things that are wrong, I don't know. I would like the price to be even lower. I don't have much experience with them. I can't really give accurate ratings. I will continue to use ATand T.
