I have been satisfied with them, and that is where I go.It came under warranty, and it didn't cost me anything. They weren't sure at first, but it did fall under that.

Whenever I go for oil changes if I need a drop they give me drop foam and they call me back when my car is ready and also a pick up when I need it.

The power steering pump replacement was done properly. The brake service was done as prescribed except they replaced both rear rotors with out my permission. One of these rotors was within limits for resurfacing. Permission should have been received for maintenance and/or parts that were not required. The oil change was not done. Upon questioning the general manager of the dealership, he said that he would just take off the new rotors on the rear axle and put the original (unsafe) rotors back on. He was acting very juvenile. I picked up the car with the two new rotors on the rear.

The Clutch Slave Cylinder went out in my mustang after having been replaced with an aftermarket clutch and slave cylinder about a year ago at another car shop. I wanted to go Ford OEM on this one since I had recently discovered that the aftermarket slaves can have quality issues (knowing it was going to be more expensive than an independent shop) andcalled to get scheduled in to get it repaired and was verbally quoted 650....actual was 750 so not terribly bad for a dealer quote. They kept me updated on progress and ensured the vehicle was 100% before having me pick it up.

They did an awesome job. I thought they did a very good job of getting my car done when they said they would. They actually did little extras. I had a few paint chips that they went ahead and touched up while they were doing the back, which was a pleasant surprise. It looks good and the price was in line with others. They have good communication on what needs to be done and are prompt in getting it done.
