I really appreciate the help I have received from American Animal Control. My biggest mistake was not hiring them from the beginning!! I highly recommend this company. They are professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate being treated with kindness and respect.

Basically, I thought we had squirrels in the house and they gave me a price of  $259 to come out and do an inspection and attach traps to the side of the house and come out and monitor them over so many days, and it turned out just to be mice, but the price was still the same. Even though they had a lot less work that they had to do. So what I thought I was paying for turned out not to be necessary, and I was still charged the same price. And then they never followed back up with the quote they were supposed to provide in terms of how to make the crawl space protected and how to better protect the house from animals.

Bat valve was installed in September. Was to be removed 2 weeks later. Still waiting for valve to be removed and area to be sealed up - 2 months later. Have been in contact with the company multiple times. They set up a day to come out and finish the job, but then they don't show up.

Well it took 3 calls to get them out, then anytime I needed them to come back out it has been a 3 week time period. Very poor service, no follow up, job not done, complete waste of money

Tony was excellent. Really knew his craft. Helped a ton with our issue. Sincerely appreciate his professionalism, punctuality, and thoroughness.

We are now rid of this animal but best of all, Mitch was not as vindictively inclined as I would have been, and had threatened the animal with making it into a fur cap Davey-Crockett-style.  Humane release intervened and the animal was resettled to another place far away.  Mitch has both the technical expertise to determine ingress and egress points and to set trap(s) effectively, indeed as mentioned the varmint was caged within hours after his intervention.  American Animal Control LLC are very effective and if necessary I will use their very reasonably priced services again, and recommend them to everyone unhesitatingly.

After many months with bats, one call to AAC solved my problem. I never had another problem.
This is one of those companies you don't have to show around and have to manage yourself. They are the professionals, call them, and your animal problem will no longer be a problem!!!

I woke up to the sound of raccoons on Sunday morning and found a mother and babies trying to get into my crawl space. I called at least 10 places on The List (even 1 that advertised 24hr service) and did not get a single call back which didn't surprise me too much for a Sunday morning. I got the # for AAC by asking Siri on my I Phone and they called back (from Syracuse, IN) within an hour. 10 min later their more local (Muncie) man called for details and said he would be here in about an hour. He was. Brian had the animals caged and out of my yard in a matter of minutes! He even came back to the crawl space area and cleaned up the mess (waste) they had left at the entrance and on the deck! I asked him if he would go into the crawl space and make sure that everyone was out and he said he and quot;wouldn't leave until we were completely satisfied with his serviceand quot;. He went in and found another raccoon, this one dead, and removed him too. He then inspected the space and described the damage they had done inside. He said that it wasn't too bad---he had seen MUCH worse---but gave specific suggestions on how to make repairs and who to call to do them as some involved my air ducts. I told him that I had been struggling with keeping raccoons out of my crawl space for as long as I have lived here (20+ years) and he said that, unfortunately, they are very social animals and once they find a and quot;homeand quot; they always come back. The trick is to keeping them out and not to just pay people to cage and remove them for you. I asked him if he had any suggestions as to what we could do that we hadn't already tried. He showed us a cage that they use to trap the animals and how the materials to make it can be purchased at Menard's. However, instead of using the materials to build another trap, he showed us how to install the same stuff under the deck and under the mulch to keep them OUT. He also showed us why this material was better than what we had tried in the past, why other materials had failed and how this wouldn't. We talked about how not only raccoons, but also squirrells and chipmunks were problematic, especially in this area. He then went around and inspected the exterior of my house looking for places where these animals usually try to get in, and said it was sound. He also pointed out places where issues could develop and what to watch for to prevent future problems. Brian was absolutely terrific!!! He was totally professional and VERY informative! After years of paying more to other companies who did much less, he was a very welcome change! And on a Sunday to boot!!! He also said that he would return at no charge if more raccoons came back this week before we had a chance to fix up the perimeter of the deck. You can be sure that if I have ANY more critter issues I will call American Animal Control! I can't say enough good things about my experience with them today!! And to think, Brian came out ON A SUNDAY and stayed for over an hour!! Now I am not surprised that several of the other businesses I left messages with who provided their office hours on their phone recordings have not called me back. As for the 1 or 2 others who openly advertise 24-7 service---it is over 6 hours after my problem was RESOLVED and I have yet to receive a return phone call!

They took extra care not to open up the outside of our home and make damage there worse but rather chose a 2 step approach for them to trap it inside. They kept us informed throughout and were very good at spotting the habitat and trails. The gentleman that was here was also very knowledgeable on wildlife in general and behavioral patterns.
Also, we called in the evening and they were there the next AM. No emergency for so. They charge a flat fee of 239$ for as many visits as it takes to remove the raccoons and then a small fee for each raccoon removed. Fair enough. Cost us 330$ in total for 1 momma raccoon and 2 babies.

They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

They were able people. It was pretty expensive but they were okay. They did fine. They came everyday but the fact that they would come and it would be empty, that was ninety dollars and ninety-five cents. They did get rid of the animals but I was shocked at the price. They were good and nice people.

The service was nice, the guy was nice, you know friendly and so on. But, it didn't take care of its real problem, but that may or may not be because of them, but because of the circumstance. No, I wouldn't use them in the future.

Excellent and extremely prompt service. They showed up within 2 hours of my phone call. They normally charge $139 for the service to check the house, locate the racoons and remove them. Since the racoons were easily accessible, they charged only $79. I was amazed at how promptly they arrived and took care of the problem. I would not hesitate to use them again. I had also called another company (Critter Control) at the same time and I'm still waiting on getting a return phone call from them 2 days later.

They responded right away. Their service charge was $129. For the price they do an inspection of the home for critters. We just moved to the country 1 1/2 weeks ago so we had them check out the whole area. They stuck a fiber optic camera up the vent for the dryer to see if there were any animals and to make sure it was clear. They were timely. They were fine. We wish they could have found the source, but it wasn't their fault. The price was a little high. We would probably use them again.

They put in traps and were very good. They were reasonably priced, came back repeatedly and trapped the animal. I will continue to use them in future.

We were very satisfied with the work performed in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend them to other people.

They were not able to catch the raccoon, but they were able to get it to leave. Because they were not able to actually catch the raccoon, the price was cheaper. They were still able to achieve the wanted result, which was to have it go away. They did a good job.

We had a great experience. It was fairly expensive ( which I think was competitive to other companies) but necessary for us. Jon worked with us. He was kind, professional and very willing to answer questions and explain the process. He responded to phone calls quickly. There was quite abit of work in putting up the barrier, which was probably why that part was so costly. The initial visit was $129.00, which included an inspection and cage/traps being set. Then it was $45 per animal to be picked up and taken away. We had 3 racoons and a ground hog. The last $1010.00 was for the barrier and sealing all possible entry points into the basement/house.
