Working with Dale was terrific. I scoured AL and other sites for a tile guy for months. I was not impressed with the options available to me and I was getting frustrated. I needed this work done and I am very particular about attention to detail. I spoke with my newly found fabulous painter (review coming soon) and he recommended Dale with Pro Tec Tile. Within hours Dale returned my call, quoted the project after reviewing a few pictures of the space and provided a time when he could start - all in line with my schedule! We spoke a few more times on specifics; the job was small in square footage but a bit complicated. Dale and Mike arrived on time and prepared the space. Due to the condition of the existing floor we agreed to adding a bit to the final cost; definitely reasonable. The final product looks great! The only A-/ B+ I would give them is in clean up. I had to come back in and dust and clean up because furniture was not covered. This was primarily due to scope expansion; and I did not have time to cover everything. Wish I did. 
All in all - VERY pleased with the Pro Tec Team. I am so glad to find a contractor of this quality in my area. Makes all the difference!
