Fast and Informative. I will hire Josh for any and all plumbing needs down the road. He let me know exactly what was going on with our old pipes and filled me in on our options, even left me with some extra discontinued parts he found in case I need the cold water side fixed down the road.

They came right when they said they would be here and I thought it would take longer but they fixed it right on.

I called him, he came out that afternoon and gave a free estimate on the coats for 3 different ways to repair it then came out the next morning and the job was done in less than an hour. It couldn't have gone better. I will absolutely call Jim again for well repairs.

Jones Plumbing Inc is not only excellent, he was referred to me by a friend who used him. He did what he said he was going to do.

The sewer line broke on a Sunday night. I started calling plumbers first thing on Monday morning, even though it was a holiday (MLK day). We live in Spencer, Indiana and most of the plumbers in the yellow pages were based in Bloomington (20 miles away). The first two plumbers I called wouldn't come out to Spencer. The third didn't do excavating. So I called Jones Plumbing and Excavating which is based in Spencer.
My call reached a cell phone and the owner, Jim Jones, answered. He said he was driving back to his house and would call me to get my information as soon as he got home. About 30 seconds after hanging up, my phone rang and it was Jim Jones. He said he thought he heard me say I lived in Spencer and said he was driving through Spencer on his way home and could stop and take a look. He could at least get an idea of what would be required, even though he was in his personal vehicle and didn't have tools. So he was at my house within 10 minutes of calling him.
He was very polite, looked everything over and explained the various options. He gave me a quote ($2,200) and said he would be back at 10am the next morning to start and everything would be finished the next day.
At 9:30am the next morning, my phone rang and it was Jim again. The temp was below zero that morning and he was having trouble starting the backhoe. He wanted to let me know he'd be late, but would be there as soon as he could. In 15 years of hiring contractors, I've *never* had anyone call me 30 minutes before they were going to be late to let me know they'd be late !
He showed up at 11:00am and was done with everything by 2:00pm. They were extremely professional. They asked which door to come into the house to get to the basement and my wife said she notice them picking up the clods of dirt that came off their boots. They even hand dug the last 7 or 8 feet of the trench to avoid scraping up our sandbox which is right near where they needed to dig. Remember, it was below zero and the ground was hard as a rock. I never would have expected them to hand dig in that weather. In the end, they charged me $200 less than their estimate.
The next time I need a plumber, Jones Plumbing will be the first and only place I call.
