We had her visit once to see the rooms and then she returned a week or so later to show us her ideas. She said it would be a month or more before she could do the work - we said fine. She was late getting back to us but we did get together again for a final review of what she was to do and gave her the OK to do. We scheduled a time for her to start and she showed up on the agreed upon date. It took her two days to complete the project. We are extremely satisfied with the work. All three rooms look great and are not similar. It is very professional and we are pleased. She was always pleasant, did not make a mess, and did not get in our way.
