I came in with a major dent in the bumper (only), having received a $1300 estimate from the Nissan dealer. I didn't need the bumper to look new; I only wanted the huge dent to be fixed approximately so that it fit in with the rest of the car. (Serviceable, but not new). After giving me a $600 estimate for a brand new bumper, the owner noted my hesitation and told me it would also be possible to try to fix the dent in this bumper--not so it looked new, but so that it looked much better, and for only about $57. That was exactly what I hoped would be possible! He asked how much time I had, then fixed the bumper in 45 minutes. Yes, if you look very closely you can see it's not perfect, but who cares? Nothing about my car is perfect, anyway, and you practically need a microscope to see the imperfections of my newly-fixed bumper In short, Weis Auto Body figured out exactly what I needed and wanted done, and did it in less than an hour, well within my budget. Thanks, Weis Auto Body! God forbid I ever need major auto body work, but if I do I'm going to Weis.

The service was honest and excellent. The front bumper on my car was coming apart, and was in need of repair. Karl Weis Auto Body was both extremely fast and honest in their repair. They said they only needed to replace a few screws and clamps, and that I was set. After a quick 5 minute wait in the front office, my car was repaired. When I asked what the total was for the work, they simply said and quot;No charge, come back when you need some real work done.and quot;, with a smile. The professionalism of Karl Weis Auto Body is un-matched. I would absolutely use their service again, as I am 100% sure their pricing would be spot on and accurate, and their work extremely professional. If you're in the South Bend area in need of auto body repair, I would wholeheartedly recommend Karl Weis Auto Body Repair.

I would highly recommend them. They are very attentive to all their customers and they do excellent work. I've never had any kind of objection to the work that they have done. Their price is also reasonable.

I was involved in a hit an run. With my insurane I have a $1000 deductible, so I was going to pay out of pocket. Out of all the placed I got a quote from they were the cheapest. When I went in for a quote they were friendly and honest about the damage. They quoted me for 3 days from start to finish on my car, and thats all it took. When I picked my car up they did a inspection with me and showed me what they did. Great work and had no idea there was once damage to my car.

This is probably the tenth time I have used Weis over the years, and the service this time was perfect, as I had expected. Dennis, the estimator, thought that there was no paint damage, so he took some rubbing compound and rubbed out most of the damage right there on the spot, during the estimate. He said the repair could be done paintless, at very little cost. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday at 8AM, and was back out on the road before 9 with a fixed car, good as new.
