Underly Tree Service

Tom came out to give me a quote within two days. Explained what and how they would perform the work. Called him three weeks later and scheduled the work. He told me they would be out in a week. Called on the Sunday before to come out and review the job. Next day they showed right a nine as he said and we're done by three. I am very happy with his follow up and the quality of the work performed.

Very good service. We had a limb break off a very large tree and it was on top of a car and covering our driveway. I called Underly and they were at our house within 45 minutes. Cut up the limb and removed all the wood, leaves, etc. Very pleased with thier work.

He is very responsive. You call and he is immediately out here to check what you need. What I like about him is that he is so nice and the way our tree is set, they actually have to use the neighbor's driveway and they're awesome. They checked with them first. He comes out immediately and he came out again this week after the storm to make sure the tree was safe for everybody. They were great. They come out when they say, it was done when they said. I think they were fair in pricing. I think I went more with them because I knew that they'd be neat and they'd be safe. They cleaned up really nice.

First of all, Tom's handwriting is worse than any doctor and this automatically gives him an out. He can't even read it 5 minutes later. Secondly a huge branch damaged my gutters and roof and then he won't return calls after the fact.

He charged us $140, but everyone else told us prices in between $200 to $600. I would rate him the best. He was out immediately and the price was the best. His responsiveness was immediate.

Cut up the trees that had been blown down and cleaned up. Didn't do a thorough job.
Was not happy with the stump grinding though...did not grind them low enough.
Also damaged a fence when moving their equipment.
Would not recommend them.
