TLC Roofing

Took my money and hasn't done anything.

Tim Cornell is the owner of TLC Roofing. We had three bids, and he came in the middle. I was impressed from the outset when he came out to give us a quote. He explained clearly and thoroughly the steps he would take and why, and how he was going to correct a few of the roof problems we've had since our house was built 22 years ago. He also answered all my questions and more, and said that he was on the job site working with his employees. He gave me references to call, and I called each one - all of whom were very positive about their experience with him. I had a peace proceeding with him.

We had a very good experience working with Tim and TLC Roofing. Tim delivered on 100% of his promises - including being very tidy, cleaning up at the end of the day, etc. They don't skip any corners and are very careful on the roof with the new roofing material, using pads to move around on as to not damage the new shingles, etc.

I very highly recommend TLC Roofing and would use them again. Further, I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Work was done promptly and carefully. Tim stayed in constant communication with me during the entire project. The siding had not been washed for over 20 years and had lots of mold on the shady north side and grime everywhere else. I was not at home when the work was done, so Tim made a special trip to review the job with me after it was done. He is very professional and pleasant to work with.

Terms: half at beginning, half at end. I have absolutely no criticism or suggestions for improvement. Tim stayed in close communication with me throughout the project, was accomodating in terms of when I was available. He is pleasantly enthusiastic about his product and workmanship. Clean-up was impeccable. Several neighbors commented about the quality of the work, at least one got a new roof from TLC.

Excellent work. I had a leak in the daughter's bedroom that I had to have fixed ASAP. I had another contractor come out and tell me that it would be $500 without even going up on the roof. TLC came out and climbed on my roof. The contractor used foam pads to crawl on the roof so that he did not scratch the shingles. He gave me an estimate of $350 but I paid him more because he did such a great job. Performed the work on Saturday and went above and beyond as there was a little more work that needed done than he expected (and he wasn't going to charge me for it). If you need an honest roofer who will not inflate the prices of a repair, TLC is who you want to use. I will be calling him again in a few years when the entire roof needs replaced.
