All of my experience with Tire Rack has been an "A". You can't beat the choice and the price of tires. Where they fall down is when you get them installed locally because they have the floor jacks, they don't have the hydraulics. On the weekends it's very popular because the price is so good and a lot of people that come there. Sometimes when you go to get them installed there you will have a longer wait than the normal tire store. You might have a longer wait than you are use to if you are not having them shipped to an installer. They are nationwide. They are one of the biggest tire distributor's in the country now so they have 2-3 national warehouses, and I am lucky that they have one here in South Bend.

Reviewed the different replacement tire types for my SUV over a period of a few weeks.  Checked retailers, dealers and shops to find price replacement tires.  Reviewed Tire Rack's site for a wealth of information on each brand of tire for my vehicle.  Read the reviews from customers and the test results for a number of tire brands for my vehicle.  Noticed that Tire Rack's prices were considerable lower then many retail outlets so for the first time, I ordered tires online.  Process was easy.  I had them drop shipped to a recommended shop in my area, that had good prices for mounting and balancing tires.  Within a couple of days the tires had arrived at the retail shop for mounting.   I made an appointment, went in and had the tires load balanced and mounted on my vehicle.  Was very happy with the experience.

I used TireRack's website to view wheels and tires on my vehicle, and then I compared prices and similar products with other retailers. TireRack had the best combination of price, quality, availability, and reputation. I've used them several times now, but I've used other retailers, too.
The order was placed on a Sunday afternoon, using their website. I was advised that the items would be delivered by that coming Friday, which seemed very reasonable, especially since the items would be coming from their location in Georgia. To my surprise, I got an email the next afternoon, stating that everything had been shipped already. Amazingly, it all arrived by noon on Wednesday, not even 72 hours after I placed the order!
All the wheels and tires looked great, so they immediately went on my truck. I'm totally happy with the look, ride, performance, quality, and gas mileage. It's nice that TireRack makes sure you get all the right lugnuts, hub adapters, valve stems, TPS monitors, etc., so you can bolt on everything immediately.
In short, TireRack is a great company with a great reputation, which they deserve. I will certainly use them again, and I recommend everyone check them out when they need wheels and/or tires.

Curt/ Kurt has always been so helpful. In the last year I have had two sensors go bad. The car now has 122K miles and is over 7 years old. Tire Rack has replaced them. The price for the sensor is the lowest around. Technicians always courteous and provide full details about service performed. Curt has told me that the other two sensors will eventually go bad and when they do, I will return to TireRack for the service.

Wheels were poor quality and leaked air due to corrosion after only one year of service on the car.

It was a poor experience. I didn't like the fact hat there was a long wait in terms of getting the work done and it appeared as though they had several employees talking instead of working.

I have used Tire Rack several times for new tires on several different vehicles for many years.  Their recommendations, service and pricing are really tough to beat.  No matter who I get on the phone, the standard has been met.  I intend no ill will to other auto service providers that I have used, but for tires, these guys are the best and it's worth an hour drive for me to do business with them.

Fine.  Tires arrived on schedule and Scour put them on and did balancing, etc.  Unfortunately my wife ran over something and the tire had to be replaced.  I wish I had investigated the road hazard option a bit more thoroughly.  Does anyone out there have experience with Road Hazard replacement and especially with TireRack?

This is my third trip to Tire Rack for the tires presently on my car. I bought all four tires at Tire Rack 7/18/13 and was pleased with the price, showroom, customer service, etc.at South Bend Tire Rack, but within a week I had to fill air in my tires, and then every few days. I called them up and scheduled an appointment. It turns out that all four tires had leaky stems which had been replaced with the tire purchase. Fine. Spent about 1.5 hours while they worked on the tires. A week and a half later, my TSM light was on again. Filled up the tires but the light did not go off. Called Tire Rack on Saturday about this problem. They discouraged me from coming in on Saturday but I told them I was coming in. I asked them to take my name and expect me in 10 minutes. I arrived and was greeted politely, the technician was polite, but once again I spent 1.5 hours while they checked my tires. Turned out that the left front was leaking along the rim and they had to clean it and remount it. While they were at it, they replaced the tire pressure sensor.
I would love to give them a higher overall rating but it should NOT take three trips (I hope I do not have to go back again.) I appreciate that they were thorough each time I came in and double checked everything this last visit, but it should have been right the first time.
I looked on their website as I would like to provide the manager at the South Bend site this information directly, but could not find a place to give feedback. Perhaps I will just call and speak to the manager personally.

It went great.  The tires shipped on time and they gave me a tracking number to track the shipment.  They arrived at Express Oil Change on time so I could get them on my car.
I have used Tire Rack before and will continue to do so.

I enjoyed going to their headquarters and getting the service done there, since before I've had to order tires and get them installed elsewhere. Their headquarters is a great place with a very nice lobby--including coffee, tea, and wireless internet. That alone makes it more worth my time.
They also do tire rotations for a fee, although I wish they could provide that as a lifetime service for free for having purchased my tires there--other places do the same.
I would go back, for the right tires.

Called TIRE RACK and confirmed that the tires I wanted were in stock. Asked who was a recommended installer and they use Goodyear Tire in Russellville, Ar. Great service people, very helpful. I asked if they might have tires for my 1959 Mini. They told me they didn't stock the 145 S 10 inch tires but recommended calling MINIMANIA as they stock them. That's what I call above and beyond normal service. They said the tires I ordered would go out this afternoon and they did to be delivered on Wednesday morning. Great service. A big thumbs up.

I think the selection was really good and the price was really good. The delivery of the tires was also very fast. They actually shipped the tires to another company who did the actual installation.

They give reasonable prices. They also ship their product. They also provide you a list of garages who will install the tires with reasonable price. I shop around and comparing them with other stores, they give the best service.

They are very good. It's online, good pricing. They ship the tires directly to your house or to a service garage to do the installation. They are very responsive because I accidentally clicked the wrong thing and called in and they were able to fix it immediately on the phone.
