We have over ten years of experience cleaning professionally and have specialized in Air BnB cleaning for at least eight of those years. We are currently looking to take on new clients around the South Bend area.

I initially thought that she may have been mistaken, so I reached out and explained that she left this review for the wrong provider, as I never actually cleaned for her. Unfortunately, she never responded to me, nor to Angi, after they also reached out."

"I wish you would have provided more feedback, [Member Name Removed]. After reading this negative review, I still have no clue what I could do to improve in the future. Our interaction was quite some months ago and I actually had to look up our correspondence to refresh my memory. After doing so, I do remember doing the service and as a matter of fact we worked an hour over the 3 hour deal you had purchased, free of charge, to at least be able to finish up the areas we started. You seemed happy at the end and this review confuses me. I would say that for us service providers that really care about the work we do and care about our customers, we welcome feedback, even if it is constructive criticism. I would love to know when I have done something below someone else's expectations, so that I can know how to improve next time."

Shawn was an amazing and thorough cleaner! I have had housecleaning services for 15-20 years and never had anyone do a job this thorough!! Baseboards, under furniture, furniture vacuumed...she cleaned everything better than my house has ever been cleaned!!! Part of the cost was due to the fact that I have had so many poor services in the past, and the dogs, etc. I would consider this a "First time cleaning" and it was well worth it!! I expected a lot and I got exactly what I asked for, and more! I am sure the cost will be greatly diminished after having her here weekly due to her thorough and meticulous work. She worked more than a full day, and i have found nothing that hasn't been cleaned perfectly!!!

"That's unfortunate, because I thought we had a positive experience and even scheduled another day, although you did later cancel. We had a certain amount of time to work with and I tried to pay careful attention to your needs, accomplishing the most important tasks first. I was having a hard time with some of the windows, but tried to correct any streaks. I also vacuumed in the areas that I cleaned windows/blinds. Also, I moved on to your husband's room and cleaned the floor on my hands and knees. I only did the shower in your bathroom because that's what you told me to do. I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the work I accomplished and had you expressed this to me at the time, I would have been more than happy to correct it. However, as I previously stated, I was under the impression that you were pleased."

We were scrambling at the last minute to have our condo cleaned in preparation for company. We also needed a deep cleaning because we had not yet had a deep cleaning in the 1 1/2 years that we have lived there. Shawn responded to our call immediately on a Friday before a holiday weekend and was available for Tuesday service. She spent the entire day at our condo, giving special attention to our specific requests. She works very hard and goes above and beyond to try to overcome special challenges. As a result, we could attend to our busy schedules at work and in preparation for our company, without needing to worry about making sure our home was clean enough for a long-term guest. I have a tenant move out after 13 years of NOT cleaning. They worked straight thru with no breaks and stayed until the job was done. She and her husband came and literally wiped down every surface in the apartment. Very detail oriented and cleaned it as if she owned it herself. I would hire her and her husband again anytime.

It's going fine. She's very reliable, does a a good job and it's reasonable. She works alone or sometimes with her daughter and either way, it works out very well. We've had to reschedule different times or cancel but she's been fine. She came early the first time and so she comes exactly on time now. If there's any problem, she calls. Sometimes she's had to cancel for various reasons but she lets us know and we work it out and she's never let us down in any way.

Great experience! My phone call was returned promptly and a date set. The provider was sitting outside of my home 10 minutes before the scheduled arrive time and rang the bell on time. The provider had suggestions about products to use. She told me she could provide cleaning supplies or she could use mine. I got caught up with a phone from my doctor and my dog was scratching to get out. In no time she picked up a leash waited for approval from me and took the little guy out to do his business. I have never been so attended to by a service provider! I have used this service 3 times and each time I have been just as pleased!

I am somewhat disabled due to arthritis. I first called Joann to help me get my house in shape before and during my surgery. It was a big job since I had been unable to keep up with the cleaning for quite some time. She removed a lot of clutter, organized things, cleaned out the refrigerator and generally made my house livable again! She has helped me a great deal, particularly with laundry since it is difficult for me to get to my washer and dryer in the basement. I continue to employ her every week or two for general cleaning, and I plan to have her work on some of the closets and storage areas to get those in shape, too. She is very hard-working and is not afraid of a challenge!

I have weekly service. Some rooms are cleaned every other week. Some floors are wet mopped only every other week. JoAnn is very accommodating. This is our fifth week .

At my investment property in La Porte, she helped with a clean out, the previous owners were real pigs,
