Description of Work: They came out when and gave me an estimate. I asked for a repair and a tear off, but they quoted me for redoing my entire roof!

Actual date of initial call was March 17. Customer was informed that there would be a wait for this work. Reply was that it had been like that since last fall, and that would not create a problem. On March 25 the problem was determined to be the downspout had fallen off. A new downspout was installed.

Description of Work: I had a leak from roof into my house. I was concerned, thought it might be very expensive to fix. Called this firm & another, the other scheduled an appointment but never came. These people came quickly, communicated well, explained it was a minor problem fixable for $100, which they did, immediately. A small job but I thought an impressive display of integrity.

Description of Work: I am collecting estimates for a new roof. This company gave me more than one option and carefully explained the options. I have not made a decision on a company yet but I was impressed by the care taken in the estimate process and the fact that the estimate was provided when they promised.
