The owner looked at it immediately, took the battery out, made some adjustments and brought it back to life - all at no charge. This is a no fuss, owner-operator situation and there is a cat on the premises, but I was very grateful for the prompt and helpful service. I would gladly return in the future.

He informed me every step of the way, informing me of price (not estimate) . I would describe the owner as a professional, with a great work ethic; takes pride in his work, and doesn't just rush for the more expensive obvious fix first. I believe he has computers for sale as well. This is not my first experience with Shoeless Computers, and his previous work was also good quality. I do not know how many people work there, I've only spoken to the man I presume is the owner. I did have to leave the laptop for a week, but that was fine. Website has hours and rates posted. Shoeless has been around since 1999. Highly recommended.
