Came out and looked at property and promised a proposal in a few weeks. Stated they were busy which was why it would take a couple for them to submit the proposal. Two to three months went by without a word. I called again and they apologized and promised again to prepare a proposal in a couple of weeks this time. Again a month or two has passed and not a word. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't be happier with everything: communication, time frame, price, supervision by manager. Excellent experience.

We understand it is a busy time of year, but would have appreciated better communication.  Can't speak to the quality of their work or price as no work was performed or prices given.

I contacted Todd at SereneScapes and explained what I wanted to do,. We set an appointment and he came out to access the area and give me his suggestions. Within a couple days he called to make an appointment to go over the design and pricing. It was exactly what I was looking for. We set a date and they arrived promptly as scheduled. Todd was here to go over the details with his foreman, Brian and Vinny. They are very professional and did an excellent job. Everything was immaculate when they left and I am extremely happy with the results. Will be working with them again to help with my backyard.

Great service, on time, looks beautiful. Scott really worked with me on pricing and options to keep the price within my budget even though it was a small job for them. I have no problems or complaints.

We have a patio with a circular wall in the back of our house. the original surface was old concrete pavers, with the same topping on our circular wall. The surface had gotten rough, broken and uneven. We had three landscapers out to give us a plan and an estimate. Serenescapes was the one chosen. Their plan was outstanding. It paid special attention to an existing oak tree, it included a solution for the drainage problem we had with the water pooling back towards the house. And it was aesthetically outstanding, incorporating some of the existing old red street pavers as a decorative border.
We had high expectations, but the results exceeded them. The work was done in a timely manner. The workman were outstanding in keeping the site clean and safe and minimizing effect on surrounding lawn and plantings. The work was of very high quality. They carefully prepared the base , and put belgian pavers for the surface and used a similar paver to replace the top of the curved wall. We thought it might have to come down, but they said it was an outstanding piece of field granite work, and they had a workman come and tuck point some weak spots.
The work men went to extra efforts to cut stone for curves and angles.
In all, we were absolutely delighted. The first heavy rain I stood out, and sure enough all the water now flowed into a channel drain and away form the house. The patio looks wonderful. We will behaving Serenescapes do some additional work for us this summer.
Do rely on their design skills. They came up with solutions and options we had not envisioned, and theirs were better than our original ideas. All in all an excellent experience.

Todd was our site coordinator and estimator. the job was very professional and well done. we would use them again.

We really enjoy our landscape! We have what we call our "secret garden" and it's absolutely beautiful. We call them when we need other little things done as well.

They were a little higher on cost, but I liked the person. He knew what he was doing and knew the pros and cons. I will use them again in future.
