Rob Freel is a pleasure to work with, and our Technician, Will, is awesome.  They are the most customer oriented HVAC people I have ever worked with and have earned my loyalty time and time again.  I could not recommend them more for any of your HVAC needs.  We are currently working with them on a new water heater and the price quoted is very competitive and I know the job will be done right the first time.

He is terrific. They do a great job. The guy used to work for the heating company that made the heaters, and he took it all apart, and found a couple of problems that we would have had during winter. They were great, and not expensive. We had a couple of other ones that were horrible, and we finally found someone that is good.

The service provided was superb on both occasions that we employed Mr Freel to work for us. Extremely responsive (24 hours between call and service visit on the first occasion; just a few hours differential on the second). Thorough assessment and clear explanation of the condition of the ac and boiler units respectively. More importantly, on the latter occasion, Mr. Freel was available for additional consultation and a follow-up visit even after the end of the work day. When our boiler started to operate erratically again just a few hours after after his visit, he not only accepted my phone calls for consultation (on a Friday evening, no less), he actually returned to our house on Saturday to reassess the boiler's condition and makes some additional adjustments, and solve the problem. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided, and actually relieved that he was available for consultation and willing to continue to help us. In our experience, such attentive and high quality service is exceedingly rare these days.
