pressure washing, house painters
+ 0 moreCame out to give an estimate on power washing outside of the house. Kept wavering on the price. Very unprofessional and kept trying to look inside the house! I overlooked the last review before I called them or would have never called them out to my house, because these people are not worth it. The whole 20 minutes they were in my yard was very frustrating!
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for power washing the house. They were extremely unprofessional! They actually scared me. I would never trust these people to do any kind of work at my house!!

+ -1 moreIt has been a disappointing, exhausting, and sad experience.
Description of Work: We signed contract with this services provider on 6/30/2010 and paid a deposit. They were to start on 07/06/2010 and told us the job would take 5-6 business days. They agreed not to go to any other jobs until ours was finished. We also agreed to 1/2 down and 1/2 when job was complete. While more work arose than expected it was quoted at an additional one day and an additional $200 which was immediately paid to provider. It is now 07/31/2010 and the work is still not complete, the contractors became angry when we wouldn't advance them the balance due and additional monies on another job they were going to do and walked off the job and have left us with an incompleted contract and a tremendous mess!! They never had any tools and took many other jobs during the time they were here - only worked from 10am until 12:30 or 1:00pm 2-3 days a week and then expected us to be available on Saturdays and Sundays. While their pricing was very fair, the work is less than professional. We have gobs of glue all over our tile - numbers of tiles are already beginning to come up and they left tile glue residue in our kitchen sink and so much more there isn't room, time, or energy to tell you. Think twice before you hire them!!

+ 12 moreThis was an agonizing and energy draining and horribly disappointing experience...avoid them at all costs!!
Description of Work: They gave us an estimate and we signed a contract on 6/30/2010. It was agreed they would start on 7/06/2010 and the job would take 5-6 business days and they would complete our job before going off to start any new jobs. It is 7/23/2010 and our job is still not finished and they have not only quit but left us with a complete and utter mess in our living room, dining room, and one bedroom. They would show up at 10 or 10:30 and work until around noon - go to lunch - come back and say "look at all we've done today", then leave! They didn't have paint rollers or levels and even expected us to buy their saw blades and soda!! In fact one day they brought an eleven year old child to the job!! Fair and true warning. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO TAKE OUT YOUR TRASH!!
