Precision Garage Door Service

I would not recommend them and I found them in the Yellow Pages. They also, service and repair garage door openers. I would never use them again. They charge a lot for what they do and they tried to up sell me everything. I just needed a new spring, and he said I needed new rollers and cable and center bearing replaced. We needed to get out of the garage and so we had no choice but to get it fixed. I'm questioning if some of it needed to be replaced or if he did an up sell. I am not happy with them. He fixed the problem and then two weeks later had to come back out and fix it again.

Not impressed!    They replaced our garage door opener and then, later in the day after a single use of the opener, "by coincidence" the spring on the garage door was broken and the door is inoperable.  They claim that nothing they did could have caused this, but it makes no sense to me.   I did not have a positive feeling at all about the reputability of this company and I would certainly never use them again.

The overall experience was excellent. They were very professional and on time. The price was good. They gave me a life-time warranty, for as long as I own the house. If I have a problem, they said they would come and fix it. They will come on the weekend, when nobody else will. They charge the same price on the weekend as a weekday.
