NU SASH

I called the local NuSash dealer only to learn they had closed. I contacted the office in Indianapolis and was told the South Bend office was consolidated into the Indy office, but they still serviced the South Bend market. I explained my problem, and was told that, YES, the window was guaranteed, but not the labor. They would send a serviceman up from Indy to look at the window, then order a replacement, and send a service man back to South Bend to install it. The price quoted for the work was more than I paid for this single window new. And they were not very nice about it on the phone. I feel cheated.

The salesman and I agreed on a $48 a month contract. The financial institution that they used billed me for the entire amount, instead of the $48 a month that we had agreed on. I contacted Nu Sash but the were not being responsive to the error that was made. I finally contacted the Attorney General's office and shortly after that, I received a call from Nu Sash offering to resolve the problem and start billing me the $48 a month that was in my contract.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK BUT THAT IS BECAUSE IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER WHEN THEY PUT THE SIDING UP AND WINTER IS NOT A GOOD TIME TO WORK. ALL IN ALL THEY DID GOOD WORK THOUGH.

NU SASH IS A TALENTED BUNCH. IT REALLY DIDN'T TAKE THEM VERY LONG ONCE THEY GOT HERE AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING LOOKING WONDERFUL. THEY TOTALLY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP REALLY NICELY.

NU SASH DID OKAY, I GUESS. THE WINDOWS ARE REALLY NICE BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM GETTING THE HANDLES TO WORK RIGHT. I HAVE BEEN MEANING TO CALL THEM BACK, BUT I STILL HAVEN'T DONE THAT.
