They came and picked it up for free and fixed it for free. They were very professional, came up to the house, picked up the tractor on a trailer, took it to the shop, did repair on it and got it back. It took like couple of days but when I threw the bell again, so they came and picked it up themselves and repaired it for free. The men that picked up the tractor and delivered were very friendly. It was $48 for realignment of the mower deck. Then it was $60 to come and get it delivered for the first time but when I threw the bell they came and charge me yet. They were very helpful and very friendly.
