Michiana Insulation did a good job. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did the work they were supposed to do at the same price that they quoted us. I was happy with their work.

They were mediocre. I had to constantly come back and tell them where they were not giving me the depth of insulation that I paid for. I got to keep proving to them that it was not thick enough and then I paid for it to be thick enough. Therefore, they came back couple of times and it was almost like I was inconveniencing them even though I already had paid for it.

We had many questions, and received varied estimates with a range from $1200 to $3500. Michiana insulation actually had the most reasonable price AND they were the most responsive to my questions and requests for returns to check various aspects of the job that would modify the original estimates. They appeared at the appointed time, and did the job properly... they did not bridle at my oversight, and accommodated my ongoing concerns.
