Felix quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He suggested I eventually look into replacing the old furnace and offered a quote on one. No pressure. He gets the job done, seems honest, hardworking, and an expert in his field. He is also very personable.

He is honest. He told me something I didn't need. They gave me exactly what I needed, nothing more, nothing less. They were just great and courteous. They're family oriented and very kind to my kids and my runners. I would use them again in the future.

I did not have a good experience with them. They had come once before first service call and that one was okay but then this time my hit the circuit breaker and so the air-conditioner had stopped running. All heat air would come back in and wouldn't off for a while but when he did that it came back on. So he didn't look for any other problems and wasn't thorough. It was working when he left then about 24-30 hours later, it quit working again. Then I had another person come out and they replaced the molder in the air-conditioner and it's been working fine ever since then. They were fairly responsive and came very quickly.

He's reasonable, honest, and courteous. If something is broken, he knows when it's time to replace it or repair it.
