LAWN MEDIC

We did not have a good experience with Lawn Medic. We received a mailer that outlined a lawn treatment plan of 6 applications. We have only just learned (after prepaying) that the applications only include one application of fertilizer (along with weed and insect control ongoing to get to the total of “6” applications). I found them to be highly deceptive in their promotional materials and are quite disappointed in both how our lawn looks and the owners response to our query and request for refund.

Still considerable weeds after 2 years of treatments. Did no pay in advance as previously, but owner assumed he still had my business and came and treated my yard anyways. Now he is trying to collect on his unrequested and unwanted “service”. After I told him I didnt want service anymore he called and harassed my wife. Stay clear of this idiot.

Lawn care service is alright. Nothing spectacular to make it shine. The problem is that they put the notes on your door before they fertilize, instead of after. This means they aren't inspecting the lawn for problems, which is half the job in my estimation. Drop the note, drop the fertilizer and go. Spoke with service reps and office personnel in order to solve problems on lawn and get them to address looking at the lawn, but the company didn't listen. Stuck with them for probably ten years, but no improvements. Two different homes, two different drivers, same problem.

They were very good, very timely and provided personal service. They rehabilitated our lawn in just 1 summer. We will be sticking with them.

Went very well. There early in the morning and answered questions my girlfriend had. Am seeing some change in her lawn after just two services. They give a detailed description of what treatment they provided and give tips on how to take full advantage of what they did.

All it took was a call. They came and gave me a quote based on what we needed.

The guy who does my lawn care is very knowledgeable. When he looks at the lawn, he could name all the different weeds that I have, the problems and which things would work against it. He is very honest as what they could accomplished. The service was immediate. He takes care and cleans up everything. He is very courteous and professional. Overall, the service is excellent.

They have competitive pricing and always come when they say they will. They are reliable. They do a good job and my yard look wonderful thanks to this company.

I like Lawn Medic. They are very good.

I used them a couple of years ago but I haven't used them since because things started getting too expensive and now I do it myself. They were reasonable. They did good work and were here on schedule. The price was decent, it just got to where I couldn't afford it anymore. I was very pleased with their work. Responsiveness and punctuality was the only place I would give them a lower grade. I had a couple of times where they wouldn't return my calls and the last year that I had them I was having a problem and they didn't get back with me. I used them for 5 years and they are really hard to communicate with. When they did return my call it felt it was out of line in the time frame of returning a call.

They do very good work and are very consistent.
