+ -1 moreHis prices are extremely reasonable and fair. If I would have went with a professional, they wouldn't have moved the furniture, they wouldn't have helped with the trim. He did all of that and it was included in the cost. He is extremely trustworthy, very personable, honest, reliable, and a great communicator in working out schedules.
Description of Work: He tore up the old carpet and put down laminate flooring. He moved all of the furniture for me and removed the all the trim and even put the trim back up. I have wood trim on the house and most recently he painted the entire exterior of the house, that included power washing beforehand. Also, the exterior of the house hadn't been maintained for about a year. There were weeds and things growing up all around the house, he removed all of that. He filled up all of the flowerbeds around the house, put down mulch for me. He replanted shrubs and plants that I purchased and helped me set up hoses to keep everything alive. He has done quite a bit.
