We used Kevin's Lawn Service last summer. He did an excellant job.

I had called twice and left a message twice about coming to see if they could mow our lawn. I got a call back on the day I called again. He said he'd stop over to see if the lawn could be done (our backyard is fenced in and our gate is small). He came by, spoke to my husband, and gave a good quote. I called the next day, left a message (I never once spoke to an actual person) to say that the quote sounded good, and to give me a call on when he'd be able to start. Then, nothing. I called a few more times until I eventually called and said we found someone else. All of this took the span of about two weeks, maybe a day or two longer. I found that to be ridiculous! I understand that it's summer and you may be busy but a simple communication about that would be much better than none at all. I got the impression that my business was not wanted as I 1) never got to speak to anyone besides the machine when I called and 2) felt communication was unreliable and nearly nonexistent. Again, I would have completely understood that because it's summer you'll be busy and may have to wait a few days to get back to me. But tell me this! Otherwise I get the impression that you don't care about your costumers and that is not someone I want to work with.

I was out of town when I hired this service. Was most pleased when I returned to find things looking very well. I continue to use this service at the present time.

They do an excellent job; I am very pleased with them. They do trimming and edging as well. The workers are polite and professional. They spend a lot of time making sure the job is done and done well. They go above and beyond the call of duty doing more than I expected. I plan to continue using this company.
