 + -1 moreHe and his helper arrived quickly. He quoted me a price of around $350 and the final cost was $425, but that was due to having to correct a ceramic light fixture in the basement, which they OK'd with me beforehand. My only concern was that he did not produce a written receipt stating the corrective work that had been done, as pointed out in a house inspection report. Due to the prospective buyer needing this proof, I called the owner again reminding him to send me the receipt. He never did.
Description of Work: He changed out some old tube-and-knob wiring from the 1920's in the basement.
