JRS Roofing & Handyman Hook Ups

Review of Mr. Andrew D. Heckaman: In short, I was deceived. Since I live out of town, I had to rely on Andrew Heckaman's firm that the new roof had been completed. He and his partner assured me that the new roof was complete and they asked me to send more money for next phase ($ 4200). Fortunately, I was suspicious and I declined to send more money until I viewed the roof personally.. Mr. Heckaman's partner began asking for more money and eventually I sent $ 200 to his partner and he shared half of this money ($ 100.00) with Andrew D. Heckaman. In fact, Mr. Heckaman's firm never completed work on the roof but they kept the money and didn't fix the problem. Mr. Heckaman (via his girlfriend) told me that she would return my money but failed to do so. I hope this review is helpful to anyone considering using Mr. Andrew D. Heckaman's services
