Tried to cancel by phone next day, they insisted we needed it. Per warranty contract, sent a letter certified mail to cancel, then a 2nd certified with a threat to sue. No reponse from them either time. Sued in small claims, they sent attorney who produced a arbitration agreement (we did not have) with photocopy signature. I think it was fake. Husband said it was his signature, so judge had to send to arbitration. The judge told them they had a customer service issue and they should take care of it. They didn't care. Then they tried to violate their own arbitration agreement. They have an endless amount of money to fight you, so they are counting on your giving up. For five years this was financed in our 7% car loan. Husband ended up settling six years later for $6000, which is less than our out of pocket because he just wanted it over with. They are crooks, in my opinion. Run! Run far away! You can buy a car somewere else.

Took 3 days to order the part and 1 day to install. Way too pricey in my opinion.

Not so fast. If you read all of the positive reviews, I would be surprised if these are customers who DO NOT have a conflict of interest (either an employee, friend of employee, etc.). The service center diagnosed my vehicle and wanted to charge me $300 to change the thermostat in my radiator. That's right, $300. They also replaced the battery at the cost of $150 but when I asked for the final price, they stated that there was an additional $50 fee for diagnosing the vehicle. What? No signs, nothing said up front, nothing! They explained that there is a $100 charge for diagnosing the vehicle and that they only charged me half in order to and quot;be nice.and quot;
Keep your eye on other review sites such as p***** of consumer and rip-off reports. There will be some biased reviews on those sites but you can read through the lines. The cost of the diagnosis ($50) was what I paid another mechanic to change the thermostat. So basically I received an outrageously high estimate and then was charged as service fee since I declined to pay a price that was 6 times what someone down the road charged me.

It was good. They are one of the best dealerships that I have been to because I haven't found anybody yet that kind of sort with me or anything. They are all extremely courteous. I have not complaints at all so far.
