I have had some video duplication and transfer. I have no been happy with the results. There were parts of the film that should have been taken out because it was bad. It was not edited properly.

"We would be happy to correct the problem. Some people do not want us to take out portions of their film to dvd transfers, because, even thought they are not technically perfect, they still represent their memories. If we are told what a customer wants to have removed, we are happy to do so."
