Service was excellent and very professional.  It's platinum service at a platinum price.  If I were doing sensitive renovations this might have been more worth it to me (which is why I checked "yes" to "would you use them in the future").  But for the jobs listed above, I should have called a handyman, or done them myself.  
It would have been better to have a sense of overall cost at the outset, since that might have influenced which kind of work I would have wanted done (e.g. I might have decided to replace certain things rather than repair them, or I might have done certain things myself.)  It was hard to estimate costs since they quote hourly, and I didn't know how long various jobs require.

After wiggling thermocouple fitting, got pilot light lit.
Hours later, same problem showed up with pilot out, no gas flow. After call-back, they let us know they cannot get Whirlpool parts. Why didn't they let us know when I first called them up. $150 later, no improvement. Customer not happy.

They did fine. The price is right.

He did a good job on everything we asked him to do.  He was open to adding a couple of small additional jobs and got them done,.  He found a broken shower pan and informed us of it.

Simply fantastic!  E.J. White has always stood by their quote, been timely and thorough.  Would not use any other plumber.  We have used them for our office and home.  Very professional and courteous.  Jack does a great job!

These people are always great.  I believe that it is best to order a high-end (Peerless, here) water softener rather than the cheap ones from Home Depot, etc., because the components are better, American-made, and most importantly, replaceable.  If a cheap water softener break down, you'll need to throw it out most likely because the manufacturers do not stockpile parts.  With this water softener--cost about 900-1000 itself, I think--I could probably replace many components myself, if needed, for $25 or so.  
When the worker was here, he remarked that my sump pump was not turning off properly, and he happened to have a replacement in his van, so that added another part cost ($200).   
Other work I've had from them?  Kitchen faucet installation; basement reverse-osmosis water filtration (with a spigot that goes up to the kitchen sink.  Also some work on a water leak in an upstairs bathroom.  Unfailingly cool, correct work.

My experience was Excellent. I had a gas leak at my rental property in South Bend and they were the first ones that were able to come out to assist me. My tenant was there throughout the repair and they said that the company kept them informed throughout the process and they also reached out to me to keep me in the loop as I was in Indianapolis. My interactions with them through email and phone were very positive. They we accommodating in working with me while I was out of town. We haven’t had any issues since November and I would highly recommend them..

We had tolet the material on pipe sit.  When we were able to turn the water back on it did start leaking and he could not get out till the next afternoon because he had a funeral.  So we were without water for a day.
