I have used Mr. Helfman previously. I waited more than a week for him to come repair my garbage disposal and check water pressure in upstairs bathtub. I find him trustworthy enough to leave my home unlocked and let him work without being present. He removed the clog from my garbage disposal (gargage disposal made noise but would not process refuse). He checked by upstairs bathtub faucet. When I came home from work the garbage disposal worked and the upstairs bathtub faucet was dripping loudly. There was no drip when he came. The water pressure was unchanged. I called and he came the next day and fixed the drip he caused. The bill was mailed to me. I was charged for" parts and labor". The bill said he unclogged the disposal and unclogged the tub faucet.
