Description of Work: Again, Dales Service Center service is outstanding. I believed I needed a new air conditioner compressor. When Dale's got the car, they found it was an item far less expensive (condenser) and again saved me a lot of money on anticipated repairs.

+ -1 moreI have used Dale's Service Center several times in the past. This experience was like all the others. I was met with friendly, competent service, an explanation of what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. I have not yet had an experience with them where I felt like I was getting taken advantage of because I am female (and know enough about cars to check oil, tire pressure and put gas in it but that's about it) ~ I have definitely gotten that impression with other auto service centers. When they gave me the estimate, they explained what the cost for each job would be. The prices seem fair, competitive and reasonable. As long as I continue to receive this type of service, I will continue to bring my car to Dale's. In addition, if you like dogs, Maggie (a golden retriever I think), is frequently there to greet you and do tricks. She's very sweet.
Description of Work: I had a concern about my brakes (brake light on dash was on) and needed tires checked for wear - requested estimate for replacement of tires. I was able to get a timely appointment. Within several hours I was contacted by Dales service manager letting me know that the brakes were okay - brake fluid just needed to be topped off. Got an estimate on 4 new tires, sanding rims for good seal of new tires and an alignment. Work was done within the next few hours and I picked it up the same day.
