I have used Dale's Service Center several times in the past. This experience was like all the others. I was met with friendly, competent service, an explanation of what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. I have not yet had an experience with them where I felt like I was getting taken advantage of because I am female (and know enough about cars to check oil, tire pressure and put gas in it but that's about it) ~ I have definitely gotten that impression with other auto service centers. When they gave me the estimate, they explained what the cost for each job would be. The prices seem fair, competitive and reasonable. As long as I continue to receive this type of service, I will continue to bring my car to Dale's. In addition, if you like dogs, Maggie (a golden retriever I think), is frequently there to greet you and do tricks. She's very sweet.

I had a lot of work done. It was performed excellently & professionally at a very fair cost. This shop also is the cleanest you'll ever see. No stray grease or oil on the car.
